Christmas Fun at home!

Last night one of our sweet neighbors aka Santa stopped by to visit the boys!  We were so excited when he offered to do this for us...what fun!  This morning was a rainy one so we had fun decorating our gingerbread house in our jammies.  The final countdown is on!!!

First Movie!

I decided to brave my first movie with the boys and it actually went really well!  I see some more movies in our near future for sure. We met some friends to see The Grinch!  It was cute and the boys were well behaved!

St. Augustine

We had the best family weekend in St. Augustine last weekend. It is always special when we are there and it is so pretty during the holidays. We got settled at our house Friday afternoon and then met the rest of our St. Augustine family for dinner at Creekside. Saturday we had a lazy morning before spending the day downtown walking around St. George Street. The adults (other than me!) enjoyed beers at one of those fun pay by the ounce bars and the kids enjoyed Kilwins ice cream. We made our way back to the house to spend the afternoon opening presents, playing and feasting!  Everyone came to our house for dinner and we had SO much delicious food. Sunday we visited the cemetery and had breakfast together before heading our separate ways!  A quick, but special weekend!

Christmas Programs

We were so proud of the boys for their sweet performances during their Christmas programs at school.  We were relieved that neither of them cried and both stayed on stage the entire time!  We were calling that a win after Charlie Banks’ meltdown last year.  Haines definitely seems to like the spotlight a little more than his older brother.

Busch Gardens Christmastown

Another check off of our Christmas Bucket List was to visit Christmastown at Busch Gardens. The lights were beautiful and we picked one of the coldest nights this year so it felt like Christmas! 😂. We loved riding the usual rides, but also enjoyed a lot of additional festive fun!
