End of Fall Fun

We had a fun week!  The boys had fun at open gym at the Y (CB's first time as he's been in school the other times I've taken Haines)!  We had a blast at the lighting of the tree in Hyde Park Village. We didn't stay until 8 to see the actual lighting, but we did get to see it in all its glory a few nights later while we enjoyed popsicles. We had a fun Thanksgiving picnic at Charlie Banks' school and gave turkey cookies to all of his friends. We have been doing a little Christmas decorating, shopping and lots of Thanksgiving cooking. It will be our first Thanksgiving away, but we are looking forward to Jimmy's parents and newly engaged Kingslea and Preston to visit this weekend!  We have so very much to be thankful for this year!

Catch Up!

We have been staying busy exploring our new town!  We had fun at the monthly Hyde Park Village Fresh Market, enjoyed yummy food at the Tampa Greek Fest, enjoyed Toddler Yoga at the library, checked out a local brewery called 81Bay, had a date night at the Stone Crab Fest, won a $50.00 gift card to a fun restaurant at Friday at the Fountain in Hyde Park Village, had fun making pizzas at Winn Dixie make your own pizza night, celebrated Haines "graduating" from swim, etc.  Jimmys schedule has lightened up a tad while he finishes this phase of training, but the busiest time is coming.  We are looking forward to Thanksgiving celebrations and I am busy preparing for my first time cooking a full Thanksgiving feast!
