Super Bowl Weekend 🏈

We had a nice weekend!  Friday afternoon we rode the golf cart with friends to House of Brews for a beer then headed to get some pizza. The babies weren't going to survive the 40 minute wait so we headed home. We put Hainesy to bed and Jimmys mom came over so that we could go out to dinner. We went to Opal for charcuterie and pasta - always so delicious!  Then we made a quick stop at a new place in Town Center called Napa for a glass of wine before heading home. It ended up being a really nice night, even though I could.not.stop yawning. Hainesy has been kicking my butt in the sleep department...waking 3-4 times a night is for the birds.  I know as with everything else it will be short lived in the scheme of things, so I'm trying to enjoy the middle of the night snuggles while they last. For that matter, middle of the day sleepy snuggles, too, as that is the only way he will sleep longer than 30-40 minutes. 😴  We had a lazy Saturday which consisted of lunch on the island at Mex 1 (intentions of home team, but once again, babies don't do waits! 😜), grocery store and spaghetti at home. We had an exciting Sunday morning with Charlie Banks going peepee on his potty for the first time!  We are certainly not pushing it or really even trying to potty train him, but it happened and was pretty exciting!  We will see what happens. We celebrated the Super Bowl at our friends new home on Johns Island...so pretty and fun!  I was asleep before the end of the 3rd quarter...so I was quite surprised when I woke up with Hainesy at 10 something, 2 something, 5 something to see the surprise comeback!  Ha!
