Well, it is so hard to believe Charlie Banks' first year of "school" is in the books. It was seriously the sweetest year with the sweetest teachers and friends. I was totally not expecting to be SO sad, but it has hit me so hard that he won't be back at this precious school that he loves so much next year. The fact that he might not be at ANY school next year, because literally every school in our new town has a wait list a mile long is another issue in and of itself! We had a fun play date with friends after school on Tuesday, spent lots of time baking/decorating cookies for the end of the year party and got way too sad saying goodbye when it was over! Our next school will have a lot to live up to!

Strawberry Picking
We are a little late in the season, but headed to Boone Hall to pick strawberries one afternoon last week. Charlie Banks ate about as many as we brought home!

Seabrook
We celebrated Leazy's (Jimmys mom) birthday this past weekend on Seabrook. It was so pretty there! Saturday was rainy so we relaxed inside for most of the day and finished the night with a steak dinner. We enjoyed a yummy Mother's Day brunch at the Seabrook Club before heading home!

School Carnival
Charlie Banks' school had a precious end of year carnival this past Friday night. It was so fun with live music, games, jump houses, balloon artists, sno cones, face painting, etc. He had a blast and it is safe to say we will miss this sweet little school so much next year!
