New Obsessions 😍

Other than the Christmas craziness, we had a fun play date with some of Charlie Banks' school friends at Vintage. We had been there once before when they first opened, but then kind of forgot about it. It is my new obsession!  We met Jimmy there again this morning on his way back into town after duck hunting and I think we are again in the morning haha!  I think my bestie, Lauren, is obsessed, too. Both times we have been this week we have run into her!  The food is so fresh, but the best part is the big outdoor play area. Charlie Banks can run wild while I sip my latte!  And yes, I think Jimmy and I might all of a sudden be turning into coffee drinkers, too.  I'm adding the pics of CB in these Beaufort bonnet Christmas jammies simply because I'm obsessed with them, too. I got them on major sale today for Haines to wear next year. I decided to squeeze CB into them tonight, because I couldn't wait an entire year to see one of my boys in them. As you can see, Charlie Banks' newest obsession is watching tv while lounging in the rock n play. Too cute and funny!  And last but not least, I am obsessed with Haines' little passport pictures we took last week. How stinkin' precious.   Not much cuter than a baby passport!

Christmas!!!

This was by far my favorite Christmas yet!  While Charlie Banks still doesn't totally understand, he was much more into it this year. It was so fun!  His big gifts were a jump house, John Deere gator, aquarium membership and a roller coaster! Hainesy got a book bag, a fun little floor seat (which we both like way better than the bumbo!) and some fun rattle toys. CB has been loving all of his new toys. We rearranged the sunroom so that his roller coaster can stay in there until it warms up outside and he's been nonstop. He calls his gator his "golf cart". It's been nice weather so he's been able to go on lots of golf cart rides!

We had quiche, breakfast casserole, grits and hash browns for breakfast before opening presents. Then we played a lot before heading to Jimmys aunts house for the afternoon.

It was so fun to see CB and so special to have Hainesy with us for his first Christmas. My heart is so full!

Christmas Eve

We went to church with my sister and family on Christmas Eve, Eve and while a tad stressful with Hainesy being tired and our number getting called as usual to come pick up Charlie Banks I am still so happy we went. We spent most of that day and Christmas Eve day tidying up and cooking!  We hosted Christmas Eve for the third year in a row. This is one of my favorite nights!  It is so hard to believe this was our third Christmas in this house!  We had a house full!  Too much wine, too much food, and too much fun!

Scuba Claus

Another thing on my December bucket list was to go see Scuba Claus at the aquarium. I'm so glad we made it, because Charlie Banks had so much fun!  He loved giving the elf high fives through the glass!  So adorable.
