Little Cutie Pie

Just a few pictures of our little cutie pie.  It’s a wonder we get anything done around here because Jimmy and I just stare at him all day! 

Jimmy has been studying and I have been trying to start getting ready for a busy wedding weekend followed by a week of travel!  We took Charlie Banks on his first of many golf cart rides this weekend in the pretty weather!  He was an angel at our supper club and has been sleeping better and better at night!  He slept from 9-4:45 last night.  No complaints here.  I am getting very anxious about this weekend because he is still not wanting to take a bottle…but I know somehow it will work out.  I am also a little anxious about his first flight but I think he will be fine!  Say a prayer!!!!!

On Sunday, we threw a bridal shower for Brooke!  It was so fun and Charlie Banks enjoyed lots of attention!  My bestie will be a married woman in less than two weeks!

In other news, the weather has been fabulous the last few days and we have been able to get outside and enjoy a few walks.  Jimmy comes home TODAY!  For a month!  YAY!

TWO Months!

Our sweet Charlie Banks is two months old!  He weighs 11 lbs (25th percentile) and is 23.5 inches tall (75th percentile).  He did not like getting his shots…and mommy did not enjoy watching!  I think he is the cutest thing.

He loves it when mommy and daddy talk to him.  He also really likes looking at fans!  He loves his activity mat and his mamaroo.  He loves his sound machine.

He is sleeping good at night…usually only waking up once…sometimes twice.  He usually likes riding in the car.  He spits up a lot!  He does not like tummy time!  He has lost most of his hair!  He loves bath time!

He has been to some of our favorite restaurants – Santi’s and Home Team!  He has gone out to dinner to Bacco for his Auntie Mercedes’ birthday.  He has also been to eat at Moe’s, Skoogie’s, Americano, Tavern and Table, and to the new pizza place whose name is escaping me!  He is usually an angel!  He went to his first Sunday Brunch at the Yacht Club!  He has been shopping with mom a lot…to Belk, Publix a bunch, Walmart, Old Navy, Target…Dad is ready to take him to do some boy stuff so he doesn’t end up liking shopping more than hunting! He has been shopping for guns with dad at palmetto state armory, though!

He is just the sweetest.  And I still can’t believe he is ours.  We love him more than words!
